Laura works as a leadership coach, facilitator and change consultant in and beyond New York City. She has spent her career designing and leading transformative change processes for individuals and groups. Laura centers human connection and equity in all her endeavors and helps people do what’s necessary to unlock greater effectiveness, partnership and results. Her clients have included a diverse set of organizations including Snapchat, Goodwill, National Recreation and Parks Association, Spotify, and Grace Institute. For seven years, she also served as Senior Director of Training and Consulting at Coro Partners, Coro New York Leadership Center’s consulting arm, where she coached leaders seeking to drive change and helped teams and organizations tackle complex leadership challenges. There, her clients were private companies, large non-profits, city agencies, universities and more (including CUNY, the NYC Department of Education, Brooklyn Public Library, NYC Criminal Justice Agency, Vera Institute of Justice, and the Brooklyn Navy Yard, among many others).
As a coach, Laura trained with New Ventures West, Social Transformational Project and the New School. Her work is informed by her personal practices in somatics and meditation and her work with the Adaptive Leadership framework, DiSC Leadership Assessment and Interpersonal Leadership Styles instrument. Laura has a background in the arts and brings a creative energy to her work and a style that is deep, playful, purpose-driven and authentic.
Laura holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Organizational Development from The New School, as well as undergraduate degrees in Theatre and Sociology.
