A New Orleans Saints Cheerleader, and a politician ( Specifically a US Senator)

Your best experience as a leader:

Influencing careers and promoting young leaders all over the world. ; Most recently having the opportunity to build a truly engaged People & Culture platform at Convene through values, and watching each individual believe in their own leadership ability through the values framework. We grew from 38 to 575 employees and promoted no less than 45 people a year for the last 4 years.

Siobhan O’Leary is a Senior Executive Coach and Leadership Development expert. In addition to coaching and developing executives, she serves as Vice President of Human Capital Management at Convene, an innovative Corporate Conference Center Company. Siobhan integrates Design Thinking with Core Energy coaching resulting in an approach that, by definition, drives solutions.

Siobhan spent over 25 years as a Human Resource Executive, gaining international experience, and capitalizing on the various cultures to develop local leaders’ shared common organizational goals. She has had the honor and enjoyment of developing promoted individuals all over the globe.

In 2007, Siobhan completed a Harvard Executive Education program. Siobhan is certified as an executive coach from both the International Coach Federation and the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She also participated in a course at the French Culinary Institute in New York, in 2008. Recently, Siobhan was invited to participate in the first Women in Leadership Forum in Abu Dhabi during Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2015. A native New Orleanian, Siobhan recognizes that values underpin success in every culture. She is committed to an innovative approach toward achieving results.
