Mercer Carlin served as Co-Founder and Executive Vice President at TRANZACT, the largest insurance marketer in the US. Prior to launching TRANZACT, Ms. Carlin served as Senior Vice President of Mosaic Performance Solutions North America, and formerly Paradigm Direct. Ms. Carlin has been responsible for the profitability and management of large scale people operations implementation. She has also been actively involved in the human development field for twenty-five years and is Board President Agile Learning Centers Network.
