Your best experience as a leader:
I led a group of very talented Bell Labs engineers bring to market an innovative product they had developed. Each member of the team respected and trusted the others for their specific expertise and contributions; the result was a highly successful product launch with tremendous market acceptance and lasting product extensions.

Over the past 30 years, Jeannette has coached over 800 business leaders to reach a higher level of performance with tangible, measurable, bottom line results. Using assessments and questioning techniques to identify strengths, Jeannette finds the intersection between the leader’s strengths, desires, role, and organizational strategy. Whether working with teams or individuals, she ensures that the common goals and strategies are clarified, understood, and agreement is reached so that obstacles can be removed and forward momentum can be achieved.

If metrics are a measure of competence, Jeannette has facilitated over 750 meetings and has conducted over 13,500 hours of individual coaching. Referrals and repeat clients are the mainstay of her practice.

Jeannette has been associated with Vistage International for 23 years as an executive coach and mentor and facilitator of CEO Peer Advisory Groups. At Vistage, the leader of each CEO peer group is called the Group Chair. In 2008 Jeannette won the prestigious Cope Award, given annually to only one chair in the world. In 2018 she was awarded the designation of Master Chair. She was also a long time member of the Chair Advisory Board, a chair trainer, and the leading energy to attract and retain more women as chairs and as members.

Prior to becoming affiliated with Vistage, Jeannette was founding partner of Gateway Consulting Group, Inc. GCG provided marketing strategy and technology implementation support to large organizations facing major change in their economic model due to deregulation. GCG specialized in investment management firms and public utilities. GCG was started after 20 years with The Bank of New York.

Jeannette has an Executive MBA from Columbia University. She is a Past President of the Financial Women’s Association of NY, Past President of the Columbia Executive MBA Alumni Association, a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a member of the Institute for Management Consultants CMC certification board.

She sits on the boards of a closely held public company, a private manufacturing and distribution company, a private lab services company, and is Chair of the Board of a not-for-profit organization
