As a child, what did you want to become?
A “Mama clown” then a “movie-star/lawyer” – I declared that I would do all my own legal work. I was 8.
Why did you become a coach?
Before I knew what coaching was, I lamented, “I am really good at helping people do things better – too bad that’s not a profession.”
What are your strengths as a leader?
I energize a room and team. Also,I listen well to the words and what’s under the words.
