Serving as a director and key contributor to leadership development initiatives in Higher Education was a transformative learning/growing experience early on in my career that shaped who I am as a leader today. It is where I discovered my passion for coaching and realized the positive impact I could make as a leader in my community.

Aja (pronounced ‘Asia’) is a leadership education specialist, certified life coach, speaker / vocal artist and intuitive healer.
