Bobby Bakshi brings the experience of two careers to all that he does—Marketing Research and Leadership Development. He is passionate about understanding and serving people, a crusader for H2H (human to human).  Bobby is an experienced Leadership Development Facilitator, Executive Coach and People & Culture consultant, with an emphasis on Belonging work, across many industries—particularly technology and professional services companies.

He has led L&D roles at unicorn (billion $ evaluation) start ups and headed People and Culture in the US for a decision sciences company. He was at Microsoft for almost a decade. Bobby has an MBA in International Economics from Loyola University Chicago. He has several certifications including Coaching Training Institute’s Co-Active Coaching, Korn Ferry’s Leadership Architecture facilitator and coach, DiSC facilitation, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II and Strengths Finder. He is also a leader with the global non-profit, The ManKind Project. He is passionate about bringing intrinsic motivation (purpose, autonomy, and mastery) to life and inspire people to be their best and most authentic self.
