A teacher and a guidance counselor

Your best experience as a leader:
I was 23 when I started to lead teams and I had no idea what I was doing. I ran into my first direct report on the street ten years later and she told me I was the best boss she ever had. I admitted to her that I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. She responded by saying, “You hid it well… and at the end of the day I knew you really cared about me. That’s all that matters.”

Nº1 Free time activity:

I love going to the beach in my free time.
