MEREDITH HABERFELD
With over 15 years of coaching and training, Meredith is the Founder and CEO of ThinkHuman. Prior to that, Meredith was a Senior Vice President of Paradigm Direct, a $200 Million Dollar marketing services firm, managing a team of over 60 employees. Her business background makes her especially effective in working with entrepreneurs, executives and their teams.

MARYANN GONZALEZ
MaryAnn brings executive leadership experience to her coaching and facilitation work. She began her career in marketing and grew to support marketing and services for $8 billion dollars worldwide at AIG. She was President of the Handel Group Corporate division, overseeing PL, business strategy and growth.
SHAUN SPERLING
Shaun is a facilitator, coach and motivational speaker who is passionate about helping people become their most productive, aware and satisfied. Shaun works with companies, universities and organizations to help individuals and groups become more connected and more effective through workshops and keynote addresses on topics including leadership, diversity & inclusion, and communication.
MELISSA BRACHFELD
Melissa Brachfeld, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Leadership Development Facilitator and Executive Coach with over a decade of experience designing and facilitating learning for a broad spectrum of industries. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Quinnipiac University, and has completed extensive training in L&D topics, including the Extended DISC Trainer certification and Vital Smarts Crucial Conversations certification. In addition to facilitating and coaching at ThinkHuman, Melissa oversees the facilitation team. She strives to inspire individuals to reach their highest potential while using empathy and vulnerability as tools to build authentic connections along the way.
JAMES B. ROSSEAU SR.
James helps leaders achieve sustainable business and leadership growth with a focus on authenticity. A former executive with JPMorgan Chase and Allstate, he has created high-performing teams that have delivered exemplary results. He is an author, holds an EMBA from Kellogg (where he is also an Executive in Residence) and serves as a board member for DeVry University,
RANDI RASKIN NASH
Randi has over 20 years experience in management at the Fortune 500 level. She earned her certification as a Professional Coach through the International Coach Academy. She combines a diverse and successful business background with extensive coaching, communication, and facilitation experience. She respects and acknowledges the many vital aspects that make up our lives and takes a "whole you" approach to her work.
C-J GREEN
C-J is a natural innovator, challenger, coach and mentor with the courage to lead substantial and meaningful change. C-J’s background as a C-level executive of a 27,000 strong UK workforce brings significant commercial context to her work and interactions. With an entrepreneurial mindset and inspirational approach C-J leads individuals and teams to stretch their thinking into the future and beyond whilst supporting them as they transform and grow.
MARIN COHN
Marin is an advisor and coach for Think Human. Having worked in both the start-up and corporate world and across industry segments, Marin brings a wide range of thinking and experience to her approach with clients. She has an empathetic and whole-person approach to her work, and partners with clients to bring out the best versions of themselves.

JAKE FISHBEIN
Jake works with hundreds of leaders ranging from some of America’s largest companies to fast growth start-ups. Jake specializes in supporting leaders to elevate working relationships, productively engage in challenging conversations, and build cultures that focus on long-term impact not just short-term results. Jake is one of the Forefront Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches, and has worked as a Conflict Resolution Coach for record labels addressing band-member disunity. He earned his CPP degree from IPEC, and is an ACE Certified Coach. Prior to coaching and facilitating Jake worked in the COO and GM role in the music industry redesigning operations to optimize daily efficiency. Jake has been a facilitator for Cure Roundtable events since 2015, creating inclusive conversations for communities affected by AIDS and is a member of The Council on a Cure. Jake lives with his fiancé in New York City and is Co-Author of the upcoming "The Men's Group" Novel.
KAZ BRECHER
Kaz earned her stripes in the start-up world, leading strategy and operations for early social media innovators and then an open-source cloud computing powerhouse focused on the developing world. A skilled human-centered designer and facilitator, Kaz brings a unique creative perspective to her work as a filmmaker and a Certified Scrum Master.
