With over 15 years of coaching and training, Meredith is the Founder and CEO of ThinkHuman. Prior to that, Meredith was a Senior Vice President of Paradigm Direct, a $200 Million Dollar marketing services firm, managing a team of over 60 employees. Her business background makes her especially effective in working with entrepreneurs, executives and their teams.

CHRISTEN BAVERO

Christen holds a Masters in Science and is a highly effective Partner focused on Career and Leadership Development, and Personal Performance. Christen works with individuals to enhance personal effectiveness, and trains teams to collaborate in ways that elevate performance by targeting communication strategies and teamwork skills. She’s worked with a number of large corporations who are recognized as leaders in their industry to help transform their cultures, which has measurably improved their bottom line results.

MARIN COHN

Marin is an advisor and coach for Think Human. Having worked in both the start-up and corporate world and across industry segments, Marin brings a wide range of thinking and experience to her approach with clients. She has an empathetic and whole-person approach to her work, and partners with clients to bring out the best versions of themselves.

GREGORY NESMITH

Gregory has 16 years of leadership and management experience, his most recent role was as a Director of Strategy & Innovation at Mondelez International (formerly Kraft Foods). He has led global teams with responsibilities for revenue/profit/market share, strategy, consumer insights, advertising, managing talent, and culture. Gregory studied leadership coaching at Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.

RANDI RASKIN NASH

Randi has over 20 years experience in management at the Fortune 500 level. She earned her certification as a Professional Coach through the International Coach Academy. She combines a diverse and successful business background with extensive coaching, communication, and facilitation experience. She respects and acknowledges the many vital aspects that make up our lives and takes a "whole you" approach to her work.

KAZ BRECHER

Kaz earned her stripes in the start-up world, leading strategy and operations for early social media innovators and then an open-source cloud computing powerhouse focused on the developing world. A skilled human-centered designer and facilitator, Kaz brings a unique creative perspective to her work as a filmmaker and a Certified Scrum Master.

SHAUN SPERLING

Shaun is a facilitator, coach and motivational speaker who is passionate about helping people become their most productive, aware and satisfied. Shaun works with companies, universities and organizations to help individuals and groups become more connected and more effective through workshops and keynote addresses on topics including leadership, diversity & inclusion, and communication.

A former executive with JPMorgan Chase and Allstate, he has created high-performing teams that have delivered exemplary results. He is an author, holds an EMBA from Kellogg (where he is also an Executive in Residence) and serves as a board member for DeVry University,

Nick's strengths in performance consulting, leadership development and coaching are designed to align leadership teams, clarify strategies and create high-functioning work environments where teams are engaged in a spirit of collaboration. Nick brings extensive experience in integrating and improving multiple business channels as well as helping clients formulate and align on strategies to drive higher revenues and greater results.

SIOBHAN O'LEARY

Siobhan is a Senior Executive Coach and Leadership Development expert. In addition to coaching and developing executives, she serves as Vice President of Human Capital Management at Convene, an innovative Corporate Conference Center Company. Siobhan integrates Design Thinking with Core Energy coaching resulting in an approach that, by definition, drives solutions.
